2LIS_02_SCL (Purchasing Document Schedule Line Level Data)

Step 1 : Log on to Sap R/3 Ecc System.

Step 2 : Activate and transfer the Application Component Hierarchy(One Time Activity in the project).

Enter t-code : RSA9.

Click on yes.

Click on continue..

Step 3 : Check and Activate the required datasource from the business content datasources.

Enter t-code : RSA5.

Select the required datasource (for ex : 2LIS_02_HDR) and click on Version Comparison..

Check whether the desired datasource is activated or not.If not go back to one step and select the datasource and click on Activate datasources option.

Repeat the Step 3 for 2LIS_02_ITM , 2LIS_02_SCL data sources.

Step 4 : Check the datasource entry in the metadata repository of datasources.

Enter t-code : RSA6.

In the above screen shot , we can find the data sources that are available in repository.Next If we want to edit the particular data source select the datasource and click on edit option...Like below.

Here we can find the Extract structure of our data source and delta capable for our Data source.

  Datasource            Extract Structure

2LIS_02_HDR ---- MC02M_0HDR.
2LIS_02_ITM  ---- MC02M_0ITM.
2LIS_02_SCL  ---- MC02M_0SCL.

Step 5 : Check the data in the DataSource using Extractor Checker

Enter t-code : RSA3

Enter Ur datasource --> Select Update mode F --> Click on Extraction tab.

U can see the no.of records that u have in ur Datasource.

In SBIW (Display Img) Screen we cannot append the datasource..so we will move to LO Data Extraction(LBWE)

In Lo-Cockpit we have 4 functions.

1.Maintaining of Extract Structure.
2.Maintaining of Data Source.
3.Activating Updates.(V3 job control)
4.Controlling Updates.(Direct,Queued,Unserialized)

Step 6 : Maintaining of Extract Structure.

Enter t-code : LBWE

First we need to Inactive the datasource Active button before going to changing the extract structure.
Click on Maintenance of Extract Structure.

Select the fields from the communication structure(Right side) and transfer to the extract structure(Left side).

Newly added fields will be appear in black color at extract structure level.Click on continue .
