In the MMC, the dispatcher stays yellow, with the status 'Dialog Queue Info unavailable'. However, the system continues to run.
When the kernel was changed, the sapstartsrv.exe file was not
replaced.This is because the SAP Service was not stopped at the time of
the exchange. The service is automatically restarted after stopping, as
long as an MMC containing the system in the object list is open.
Please close all MMC instances, including those that may be running
on personal PCs and then stop the SAP Service. You can now copy the
sapstartsrv.exe file to the Run directory again.
