This rapid deployment solution supports the migration of an existing SAP NetWeaver Business Warehouse installation to the SAP HANA database system without disruption of the existing Business Warehouse content and it provides an end-to-end solution to meet all necessary prerequisites.

In order to implement the Rapid database migration of SAP NetWeaver BW to SAP HANA software, download and read the attached Quick Guide carefully. This Quick Guide provides you with the relevant information for implementation of the rapid-deployment solution.
2. Housekeeping Tasks
In order to minimize the database size for database migration it is strongly recommended to consider the attached Housekeeping Tasks document. Housekeeping activities will support you in removing unwanted and unneeded data as well as unused metadata.
You will also need to read the related notes concerning SAP HANA carefully.
Note that there are different packages which have been tested on different SAP HANA Revisions. SAP recommends that you use the latest package.
